How long will the research take?

With every research package, I develop a search plan strategy. This helps me determine what records I will look up, based your
research objectives and the research that you have already done.  Once executed, I will spend typically 3-5 hours a week working on your research project.
Completion of your project is contingent upon record availability, and the complexity of the research objectives. I may be required on occasion to order
oiginal documents, such as birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates.  The turn around time varies for each state.
We will provide an estimated date of completion, once we've completed your research plan.

Why can’t you follow some lines further back?

Success in genealogy research is contingent upon, who is being researched, the availability of records for the time period your ancestor(s) lived.
We will run an exhaustive search on all possible records.

Why is payment required upfront?

It is a standard practice to require upfront payment, before any research is begun.  We adhere to genealogy ethics guidelines, established
by the Association of Professional Genealogists, and the National Genealogical Society.  As such, you can be assured that we will maintain
contact with you throughout the research process.  We have to be compensated for the time we'll spend working on your research.

Will I have to do a lot of work before you can start research on my family?

The answer is no.  We just ask that your provide as much information as possible such as names(maiden if possible for female ancestors),
, birth, marriage, death date information. Approximate dates are also acceptable.  We'd also ask you provide us with a list of resources
you've already located, so that we don't duplicate your work.

Can I order more research after I get the results back?

Yes, Definitely!  We are as passionate about your ancestors as you are.  We want you to learn about as much as you can
about your ancestors.  We feel that it is just as important for you to learn the factual information about your ancestors, such
as their birth, marriage, death facts etc.  It is also just as equally important that you also learn a composite history of each
ancestors life.

How are the results sent to me?

We have a digital delivery system.  You'll be provided with a username and password to access your reports and records, we've accumulated
for you.  This will eliminate charging you printing and mailing costs.  You may print out your reports, or import them onto your hard drive or other
writable media, such as CD ROM etc.
